Pastors Ying and Grace Kai have many years of experience as a church pastor and missionary couple. They are the Founders of T4T (Training for Trainers) and have lead and developed one of the fastest methods for rapid church planting and disciple training. They worked at IMB (International Mission Board) of the Southern Baptist Convention as a Strategy Coordinator (SC) and Training Consultant for over 21 years.
Currently, they are the Executive Directors of T4T Global Missions which focuses on T4T training worldwide. Every year, there are over 20,000 believers around the world who receive their direct T4T training and have experienced life changes as they become disciples of Jesus Christ.
