Good morning saints,
It has been raining from yesterday until this morning and I decided to stay in and not go out for my usual walk in the park.
As I sat on my couch, a thought came into my mind! Suddenly I was reminded of the life of the apostle Paul. He was always known as a wise master builder!
Building the lives of the saints through his writings and through his prayers.
As I reflected on Paul’s prayer life, the blessed Holy Spirit brought to my remembrance some of the scriptures regarding his genuine love for the saints! Treating them like his spiritual children.
1) Galatians 4:19, “My little children, for whom I labour in birth again until Christ is formed in you.”
Paul not only got people saved but he continued in prayers for them until they grew in maturity in Christ. He is truly a man of God and a servant of the Most High. He was truly an example of a loving father in the ministry.
1 Corinthians 4v14, “I do not write these things to shame you but as my beloved children I warn you.”
1 Corinthians 4:15, “For though you might have ten thousand instructors in Christ, yet you do not have many fathers; for in Christ Jesus I have begotten you through the gospel.”
In fact all of Paul’s writings, he always encouraged the saints. At times his godly counsels and at times he wrote to correct the saints to conform to the Godly way of living.
In conclusion, I love this short and powerful verse that Paul wrote in 1 Thessalonians 5:17, “Pray without ceasing “
Day and night we can lift up a prayer for the saints! They may not know me but I can pray for them!
God bless all of you saints, wherever you are
God hears your prayers!
God bless you. Ps. Sim
